Quality Assurance Engineer – Precision Manufacturing
A leading innovator in motion control and drive systems is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join its growing team. This organization is at the forefront of precision manufacturing and automation, with rapid expansion underway and a strong growth trajectory ahead.
This role is ideal for an engineer passionate about quality systems, continuous improvement, and technical problem-solving within a highly collaborative, state-of-the-art production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and maintain quality assurance processes in a precision machining environment
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
Drive process improvement initiatives to elevate quality standards
Interpret mechanical drawings, assembly instructions, and test procedures
Utilize CMM programming and GD&T to ensure product accuracy and reliability
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in metal forming or manufacturing
Proficiency in CMM programming and GD&T
Ability to analyze and interpret technical documentation
