DESCRIPTION

The Worldwide Public Sector and Healthcare and Life Sciences North America (WWPS and HCLS NAMER) business is a critical segment of Amazon Web Services (AWS) dedicated to serving as a trusted partner to government, education, nonprofit, healthcare, and life sciences customers. With more than a decade of experience helping customers overcome complex challenges, we provide innovative cloud computing solutions and advanced technology services that enable mission-critical workloads and drive secure, resilient, and efficient systems. Our business provides cutting-edge cloud technologies, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to develop bespoke solutions that power transformative outcomes for every citizen, student, patient, and individual in need.

We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant who will provide comprehensive support to multiple Directors within the WWPS and HCLS NAMER business, with a primary reporting relationship to the Federal Go-To-Market (GTM) Director. They will move swiftly and decisively, taking immediate action to address challenges and create opportunities to proactively react ahead of time. By maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality, transparency, and integrity, the candidate will build trusted relationships across the federal business as well as the WWPS and HCLS NAMER broader stakeholders (including the WWPS EA Team). With exceptional attention to detail and superior organizational skills, they will drive tangible business outcomes by effectively managing both internal and external requests, ensuring seamless communication and support. The successful candidate will demonstrate flexibility, manage complex situations with grace, and possess the confidence to communicate effectively while remaining open to learning the unique nuances of Amazon's business culture.
