Insurance Intake & Credentialing Specialist Location Hybrid remote in Deerfield, IL :

KGH Autism Services is seeking an Insurance Intake & Credentialing Specialist to join our billing team!

KGH Autism Services is a clinician owned and operated company that is working together to create the most respected, comprehensive, evidence-based treatment centers for our clients and their families! We offer a multidisciplinary approach for our clients and their families by offering ABA therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and mental health services for children and young adults with ASD.

As the Insurance Intake & Credentialing Specialist you will:

• Provide exceptional customer service to prospective clients
• Identify and collect client benefit and demographic information
• Verify client benefits with insurance payers
• Explain clients' benefits in a clear and concise manner; answering all questions relating to the billing and KGH's financial policies
• Maintain client confidentiality per HIPAA regulations
• Coordinate collection of initial and ongoing medical prescriptions necessary for evaluation and treatment
• Maintain CAQH accounts for staff during their employment with KGH
• Prepare, send, and monitor credentialing applications for each certified employee to all appropriate payers
• Obtain NPI's for appropriate staff members
• Assure accuracy of data and files

Our ideal candidate will have:

• 2-3 years customer service or medical office experience
• Prior benefit verification and/or credentialing experience preferred
• Proficiency in computer data entry
• High school diploma or equivalent is required, Bachelor's degree preferred
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis services preferred
• Experience with Adobe Sign and Salesforce preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
