Become an Advanced CNC Technician in Greenwood, IN

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Decipher complex blueprints, plan sheets, and technical data to chart out detailed machining procedures.
• Prepare and align necessary tools to ensure conformance with precise tooling specifications.
• Synchronize control media within machine controllers and perform manual command entries when needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine malfunctions, enhancing operational efficiency.
• Facilitate tool changes and adjust setups to maintain compliance with design standards.
• Coordinate with programming professionals to address and fix media errors.
• Maintain machine hygiene and operational capability with regular checks and cleaning.
• Strict adherence to safety protocols, employing necessary protective equipment.
• Assist in onboarding and training new staff members.

Your Experience Should Include:

• Completion of high school or equivalent education.
• At least one year in related machine operation roles.
• Competency in following written, spoken, or visual instructions.
• Mathematical aptitude for handling distinct measurements.
• Capable of interpreting technical blueprints to guide machine setups.
• Proficient in setting up CNC machinery and inputting data in our system.
• Capability to manage physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs.
