Job Title: Microsoft 365 / Azure Cloud Engineer

Summary

Our client is looking for a skilled and experienced Microsoft 365 / Cloud System Engineer with expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure to join our IT team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and Support M365 Environment: Oversee Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams, and other M365 applications. Be the go-to person to answer support questions for products like Office365, Forms, OneNote, OneDrive, Teams, Teams Premium, Loop, Power BI, Visio., etc.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in system administration, focusing on M365 and Azure Cloud.
• Must have extensive hands-on experience with M365 applications (e.g., Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams).
• Experience in Azure services and architecture (e.g., Active Directory, Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking).
• Strong understanding and implementation of cloud security principles and best practices.
• Experience in PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration management.
• Excellent skills in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.
• Must have Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience; relevant certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified)

Work Site : Chicago, IL / Remote

Duration: Contract to Hire

Expected Start Date : Immediate - 2 weeks
