Carthage is asking students to participate in the Healthy Minds Study. All students received an email with a link to the survey on Monday, March 31. The email came from healthyminds-carthage@umich.edu.

Participating in the study is an opportunity to hear what programs and services Carthage students want to support student well-being.

Survey participants will also be eligible to win the following prizes from Carthage:

One South Lower Parking Pass ($1,800 value)

One of 2 $50 Birdie Bucks

One of 10 Carthage College Athletics polos

One of 10 Carthage College Athletics 1⁄4 zips

One of 5 Carthage College Athletics sweatshirts

One of 10 Ember Firebird Stuffies

Additionally, any residential area with 100 percents of students completing the survey will win a pizza party. If no area obtains 100 percent completion, the residential area with the highest completion percentage will win a pizza party. Commuting/off-campus students are eligible to win one $50 gas gift card.

Students who complete the survey are entered into a national sweepstakes for one of four $250 gift cards and one of ten $100 gift cards. Winners will be notified in the summer.

Tips:

It is easier to take the survey on a laptop versus mobile phone.

The survey should take about 25-30 minutes to complete.

To raise awareness about the survey, there will be a Wellness Day on Wednesday, April 23, with resources to support students. The survey closes on Wednesday, April 30.
