Schedule Information : Will determine schedule based on student's availability. Must have some availability to work during the following hours:

Sunday

8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Saturday

Maximum hours per week : 20

Duties of Position :

• Answering departmental phone and email communications; taking and distributing messages to Continuing Professional Education staff.
• Providing accurate and appropriate program information as needed.
• Assist in outreach opportunities such as call campaigns and tabling events.
• Assist Continuing Professional Education staff with clerical projects.
• Conduct basic research online.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements : You must be a current Harper College student, enrolled in at least six (6) credits per fall and spring semester (three (3) for summer).

Experience Requirements : Basic keyboarding skills, working knowledge of word processor, spreadsheet, and presentation software, Microsoft Office Suite a plus. Customer service experience a plus, beginner understanding of marketing and communications
