Jalan Facial Spa is seeking a full-time Spa Manager for our second location opening this summer 2025. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, an outgoing personality, and a can-do spirit, as well as managerial/supervisory, sales, and customer service skills, preferably in a spa, fitness, medical, hotel, or restaurant environment

Skills, Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Must have a Bachelor's degree in Business or Hospitality Management or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2-3 years of managing a team of at least 20 employees.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of customer service skills required.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations with speed and accuracy.
  • Ability to respond to guest and employee concerns with urgency and professionalism.
  • Ability to make rational business decisions, demonstrate analytical thinking, and acute problem solving.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and interact professionally with owners, guests, and team members.
  • Ability to effectively and consistently develop and coach front line staff.
  • Must understand the operational dynamic within all areas of the spa.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT); ideally is Microsoft Office certified.
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule: 4 x 10-hour shifts, including 1 weekend day/week.

Job Responsibilities and Tasks:

  • Responsible for leading a team of up to 30 employees.
  • As second in command to the Spa Director, you will be responsible for marketing (including social media), human resources, guest experience, inventory and cost control, facility maintenance, and our retail shop.
