Job Description
**ManTech** seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented **Senior Program Analyst** to join our team working in **San Diego, CA.** This is on onsite position.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Provide technical and programmatic support to the combat systems on in-service ships
+ Plan and execute Navy ship maintenance availabilities
+ Participate in program management reviews and prepare and coordinate inputs for status reports, briefings, and information inquires
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ 10+ years of program analysis experience supporting the DoD
+ Bachelor's degree in any discipline OR High school diploma or equivalent education and 16+ years of program analysis experience supporting the DoD
+ Familiarity with DoD/DON Policies and Procedures related to systems engineering processes and acquisition and modernization of Navy combat systems
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Navy shipboard experience, preferably on LCS class ships
**Clearance Requirements:**
+ Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active or current Secret security clearance.
**Physical Requirements:**
+ The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
+ Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
