Job Description

Job Responsibilities Media Relationship Management Maintain and expand good relationships with various media (including traditional and new media) to ensure that company news and information can be timely and accurately conveyed to target audiences. Arranging and organizing the company's press conferences, interviews and other media activities to increase the company's media exposure and public awareness. Monitor and analyze media reports on the company, respond to negative news in a timely manner, and maintain the company's reputation. Government Relationship Coordination Maintain good communication with relevant government departments to understand policy dynamics and provide policy support and guidance for the company's business development. Participate in the declaration and evaluation of government projects and strive for government resources and support. Assist in handling daily affairs between the company and the government to ensure that the company operates in compliance. Partner Relationship Establishment and Maintenance Identify and develop partners related to the company's business and establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships. Plan and organize partner exchange activities to enhance mutual understanding and trust. Coordinate and deal with cooperation problems and disputes between partners to protect the interests of the company. Crisis public relations Formulate the company's crisis public relations plan to ensure a rapid response in the event of an emergency. Coordinate internal and external resources, organize crisis public relations team to effectively respond to and deal with crisis events. Track the development of crisis events, adjust the response strategy in time to reduce the impact of the crisis on the company. Brand promotion and activity planning Participate in the development and implementation of the company's brand strategy to enhance the company's brand value and influence. Plan and organize all kinds of public relations activities (such as celebrations, exhibitions, forums, etc.) to improve the company's visibility and reputation. Coordinate internal resources to ensure the smooth implementation and effect of PR activities.
