Project Manager / Project Engineer – Paper Machine or Pulping

Salary $80,000 - $125,000 (Base Salary + Bonus, Benefits, and Relocation Package)

Location: New Hampshire

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Project Manager/Engineer to oversee the successful delivery of projects in the Paper Machine or Pulping sector. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to predefined scope, schedule, and budget while mitigating risks and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key performance measures include cost control, quality assurance, on-time delivery, and overall project success.

In this role, you will serve as the central project coordinator, collaborating across departments and divisions, and managing a team of Project Engineers. There will be approximately 25% travel. To do this, you’ll need to be able to obtain a REAL ID for air travel, car rental, and hotel accommodations.

Key Responsibilities for this Project Manager / Project Engineer:

• Serve as the primary liaison between departments involved in project execution.
• Oversee all aspects of assigned projects, including monitoring scope, budget, and schedule.
• Manage a team of Project Engineers to ensure project realization.
• Maintain high standards of safety, design, and quality, with departmental managers retaining ultimate responsibility.

Minimum requirements for this Project Manager / Project Engineer position:

1. Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or an acceptable equivalent) from an accredited institution.
2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the paper manufacturing industry, with preference for expertise in Paper Machines or Pulping processes.
3. Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
4. Demonstrates a strong sense of urgency and excellent follow-through with decision-making.
