A respected and client-focused family law firm dedicated to providing compassionate and effective legal representation. We handle a wide range of family law matters including divorce, custody, support, and domestic violence cases. We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Paralegal to join our team and support our attorneys in delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Position Overview:
As a Senior Paralegal, you will play a key role in managing complex family law cases from start to finish. You will work closely with attorneys, clients, and court personnel, and must be comfortable handling sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and file legal documents including petitions, declarations, discovery, and motions
Manage case calendars, deadlines, and court filings
Conduct legal research and summarize findings
Prepare trial binders and assist with trial preparation
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff
Organize and maintain case files and documentation
Support attorneys with case strategy and client management
Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience as a paralegal, with a strong focus in family law
Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred
In-depth knowledge of California family law procedures and court rules
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in legal software (e.g., MyCase, Clio, or similar)
