Title: Mid-level Investment Funds Associate
Location : Hybrid -Chicago, IL or Austin, TX or Boston, MA or New York, NY or Philadelphia, PA or San Francisco, CA or Washington, DC

Responsibilities:
- Work on investments in and the formation of domestic and international private equity, real estate, venture capital, and hedge funds.
- Advise clients on secondary transactions, structuring separately managed accounts, and structuring carry vehicles.
- Provide legal support in the formation, structuring, and management of investment funds.
- Draft and negotiate relevant agreements and transaction documents.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on complex investment transactions.
Requirements:
- Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction where applying.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in investment funds, private equity, real estate, venture capital, or hedge funds.
- Experience with secondary transactions, separately managed accounts, and structuring carry vehicles is preferred.
- AmLaw 100 firm experience preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and good business judgment.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong research, conceptual thinking, and ability to influence others.
- Persuasive communication and management skills.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and third parties, both verbally and in writing.

- Engage in both sedentary and physical activities, including working at a computer and participating in virtual meetings.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a nationally ranked law school
