Position Details:
Role: Licensed Mental Health Therapist
Schedule: Full-time (30+ hours per week)
Location: Fully Remote
Compensation: $50,000-$70,000 annually (based on hours worked)
Employment Type: 1099 Subcontractor

Responsibilities:
Provide therapy and assessment services in an outpatient setting
Work with children, adolescents, and adults to support their mental health needs
Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or ACT
Maintain accurate documentation using an EHR system
Develop a personal brand and clinical niche within the practice
Collaborate with the team to promote mental health awareness in the community
Requirements:
Fully licensed as an LCMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or PhD
Minimum of 2-3 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
Experience working in private practice, outpatient, or community mental health settings
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
