OBJECTIVES
- Develop and Execute Lead Generation Campaigns : Create and manage targeted lead generation campaigns across digital platforms, email marketing, and social media to attract potential clients in the commercial roofing industry.
- Report on Campaign Success : Prepare regular reports on the effectiveness of lead generation efforts, providing insights and recommendations for continuous
- Identify and Qualify Leads : Research and identify high-potential leads, ensuring they meet the company’s ideal customer profile before passing them to the sales team.
- Optimize Campaign Performance : Analyze and track the performance of lead generation campaigns, adjusting strategies to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with Sales Team : Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are followed up on effectively and meet the company’s sales objectives.
- Manage Marketing Automation Tools : Utilize CRM and marketing automation tools to nurture leads, track interactions, and streamline the lead generation process.
- Conduct Market Research : Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify new opportunities for lead generation.
- Create Engaging Content : Collaborate with content creators to produce engaging marketing materials, such as blog posts, ads, and landing pages, that drive lead interest and engagement.
- Monitor Lead Generation KPIs : Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROI to ensure campaigns meet business goals.
- Refine Targeting Strategies : Continuously assess and refine target audience strategies to ensure lead generation efforts focus on the most relevant and high-value prospects.
- Manage Paid Advertising Campaigns : Oversee paid search and social media ad campaigns to generate qualified leads, working within budgets and adjusting bids to optimize results.
- Coordinate with Marketing and Creative Teams : Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align on messaging, design, and branding for lead generation initiatives.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, lead generation, or sales development, preferably within the construction or commercial services industry.
- Experience with digital marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Marketo).
- Proven track record in generating leads, nurturing prospects, and driving business growth.
- Experience in content creation and/or collaborating with creative teams to develop engaging marketing materials is a plus.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods, including typing and using a mouse.
- Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods while working at a desk or attending meetings.
- Occasional travel to job sites, conferences, or networking events may be required, including the ability to navigate construction sites or trade show environments.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs for event setup or carrying marketing materials.
