About Us:

Pets4Life Animal Hospital is a unique, full-service pet care center serving all of a pet owner’s needs. Our Highland Park Center has a first-class veterinary practice, top quality grooming and pet salon services, unique vet-recommended health and retail products, experienced training and other pet education and welfare events – and doggy daycare is coming soon.

Position Overview:

As a Marketing & Advertising Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our business and drive customer engagement. You’ll craft compelling campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with company goals and target audiences.
• Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand visibility and audience engagement.
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure optimal results.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, including content creation, list segmentation, and performance tracking.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies, adjusting tactics accordingly.
• Coordination and marketing of pet community events designed to promote animal awareness and bring the community to our center, including adoption events, guide dog events, husky awareness, be a vet for a day, and more.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field (3+ years preferred).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, including social media, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
• Experience with paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and an ability to adapt to changing trends.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Additional Information:

• This position is part-time or contract-based with flexible hours.
• Compensation will be based on experience and agreed-upon terms.
