Position Details:
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 per year + comprehensive benefits
What You'll Do:
Conduct virtual therapy sessions with a diverse range of clients.
Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support client mental health goals.
Collaborate with other professionals to provide well-rounded, holistic care.
Maintain thorough and organized clinical documentation.
Assist clients in accessing additional mental health resources as needed.
What We're Looking For:
Education: Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
Licensure: Active LPCC license in California.
Experience: At least two years of clinical counseling experience.
Strong telehealth and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport in a virtual setting.
