Title: LCV EUCOM Kosovo: Janitor Belong, Connect, Grow, with KBR! Program Summary KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract (LOGCAP). KBR's enduring mission support of the LOGCAP program dates back to 1992 when we served as the contract's original prime contractor. Today, we have a workforce of over 6,000 people representing 40 nationalities who perform work on the contract in 10 countries. Job Summary As a Janitor, you will work under the guidance of the Foreman or General Foreman, receiving assignments, instructions, and direction to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are consistently met. Roles and Responsibilities + Reads and interprets instructions and plans work activities. + Moves materials and equipment to work locations and performs a wide range of clean-up and housekeeping activities. + Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment. + Performs other duties and activities as directed. + Physical activity is normally required of the job and requires exposure to elements or job-related hazards on a routine basis. + Under direct supervision, provide Janitorial Services for a portion of a military base, performing all assigned cleaning Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications) + Proven ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines. + Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service. + Capable of working efficiently with general supervision. + Self-motivated and positive, with a quick aptitude for learning and applying janitorial skills independently with minimal oversight. + Fluency in Albanian and possessing an unrestricted right to work and reside in Kosovo. Preferred Qualifications (Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications) + Previous experience with customer service is preferable. + Must have a valid vehicle driver's license and maintain its validity for the duration of employment. + English language would be an advantage. + Available 24/7 for after-hours call-outs to ensure a response time of within 2 hours for emergency work.
