Summer 2025 Internship Details: • Program dates: June 2 to August 8 • 10-week program with 35-hour work week • Hybrid, onsite work schedule: Tues, Wed & Thurs in office • Internship location in NYC • Compensation: $22/hr + a $2500 stipend • Applicants must be able to commit to full-time hours and the entire length of the program. • Applicants must be undergraduates and/or those actively enrolled in a specialized/technical certification program What to Expect and important dates to keep in mind: • Applications close: February 28, 2025 • Required: Initial screening conducted by our recruiting team virtually • Final interviews conducted by our hiring teams virtually beginning late February into early March • Internship offers will be extended by the recruitment team at the end of March into early April • If you are applying for a design or creative internship (fashion design/technical design/graphic design), please be sure to provide samples of work (online portfolio, illustrations, flat sketches, and/or 3D renderings) Job Title: Intern, Marketing, Fashion office Job summary Calvin Klein Fashion Office is looking for a summer intern. The intern will assist with prepping seasonal product for marketing campaign shoots and supporting the team on all marketing related needs for the Fashion Office. The intern will help with styling prep and execution, documentation of styling decks, maintaining the fashion closet, and possible on-set support as needed for photo shoots. Your primary responsibilities will include: • Checking in seasonal samples • Organizing product for styling sessions • Pulling product for styling • Documentation of styling sessions in deck format • Support ecommerce shoots at e-commerce photo studio • Coordinating product transfer between various shoots • Assist with talent research for models, stylists, hair, and makeup artists Education • Rising junior or senior undergraduate student preferred, pursuing a career in fashion, marketing, design, or creative direction • Minimum 3.0 GPA in core major classes preferred • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Experience / Skills • Previous relevant internship / work experience or proven curiosity about the industry • Proven academic leadership or extra-curricular activity preferred • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) is a plus but not necessary. • Well organized, detail oriented, strong written and oral communication skills • Forward thinking, able to problem solve; self-starter with strong ability to meet deadlines and expectations • Great teammate with an eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment working across multiple teams About PVH: We are brand builders who focus our passion and creativity to build Calvin Klein and TOMMY HILFIGER into the most desirable lifestyle brands in the world and at the same time position PVH as one of the best-performing brand groups in our sector.
