Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our growing agency. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to develop and execute project plans

• Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Spanish is a big plus!
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or other relevant software
• Experience in insurance is a plus
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
