Moreover, you'll be our primary expert in Spray Foam Insulation.
Your Typical Day: As our Insulation Operation Manager, your day will be anything but ordinary. You'll find yourself:
Operations Expert: Reading specifications to determine job requirements and ensuring that enough supplies are on hand.
Installing insulation based on job specifications. Ensuring that all guidelines are followed with equipment setup and operation. Leading the team to deliver high-quality work while maintaining efficiency.
Safety Champion: Adhering to, championing, and enforcing jobsite safety in accordance with all federal, state, and local occupational and health and safety laws. Ensuring the rig is safely driven to jobsite locations.
Technical Guru: Ensuring the vehicle, insulation rig, and equipment are properly maintained and in good working order. Demonstrating the ability to operate, maintain, and diagnose issues with equipment.
Customer Service Pro: Communicating professionally with customers, completing paperwork, and accepting payment for work completed. Ensuring that your team presents a professional image and that the jobsite is thoroughly cleaned upon completing the job.
Qualifications: To excel in this role, you'll need:
Spray Foam Insulation: 1-3+ year (Required)
Crew management: 1+ year (Required)
Driver's License with ability to drive a truck & trailer rig (Required)
Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred)
Exceptional leadership skills, exuding confidence and executive presence
A strong commitment to integrity, dependability, and a sense of urgency
Physical fitness and agility to navigate tight attics and crawl spaces effectively
The capability to consistently lift at least 50 pounds without issue
Comfort working in challenging construction environments, especially during hot summer conditions
Dedication to maintaining a polished, professional appearance and a consistently positive attitude
Possession of a valid driver's license, and ability to drive a truck & trailer rig
Willingness and ability to successfully pass a pulmonary fit test
Openness to perform additional related duties as required, displaying a strong sense of adaptability and initiative

Job Type: In-Person, Full-time, 40 per week, Monday to Friday with Overtime
Compensation: Based on experience. Starting pay for experienced spray foam insulators managers of ~$55k base salary with job bonus and commission structure to materially increase overall compensation
