We're looking for an Inside Sales Appointment Setter to help drive our sales efforts by generating high-quality leads and setting appointments for our sales team. This role is crucial in ensuring a steady pipeline of opportunities, and you'll play a key part in our overall success.

What You'll Do:

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, colleagues, and vendors
Proactively reach out to potential customers to schedule appointments
Motivate and collaborate with team members to achieve and exceed sales goals
Maintain professionalism in all interactions—both internally and externally
Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
Accurately track and document customer interactions in our CRM system
Provide regular updates on activity and performance to management

What We're Looking For:

Experience: Prior experience in lead generation, appointment setting, or sales is preferred
Education: BA/BS in Customer Service or equivalent experience (a plus, but not required)
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Mindset: Self-motivated, results-driven, and a team player
Leadership: Management or leadership experience is a plus
Multi-Tasking: Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

Remote: Work from the comfort of your home
Flexible Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week), with some evening and weekend shifts based on business needs
