Role Overview: We are on the lookout for a diligent Industrial Adhesive Technician to blend materials meticulously in our batch processing environment, ensuring precision in every job to meet our demanding schedules.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Regular maintenance of equipment, inclusive of necessary inspections and reporting any safety or mechanical issues promptly.
• Executing the pre-batch process: pulling raw materials, verifying quantities, and communicating shortages promptly.
• Adhering strictly to batch ticket instructions for producing top-quality adhesive products.
• Meticulous recording of raw material usage and any deviations from the standard process.
• Delivering batch samples for rigorous quality control evaluations.
• Ensuring our workspace meets high housekeeping standards at all times.
• Following company safety regulations and maintaining your own safety certifications.
• Participating actively in inventory management and team support tasks.

What You Bring:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in similar roles.
• Proficient forklift handling.
• Strong decision-making and mechanical problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to tackle tasks independently and apply instructions effectively.

This employee may be exposed to or required to handle hazardous materials. May work in temperature and weather extremes.
