Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
• Some college preferred
• Minimum 21 years old
• Time Management: Able to complete all tasks accurately.
• Communication: able to work as a positive team member with all levels of staff, able to communicate effectively and positively via email, phone and in person.
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel (able to generate charts, graphs, pivot tables), Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Personal Accountability is necessary as the individual is expected to meet the service excellence standards of the facility and work with a high level of confidential business information
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure
