Primary Shift: 3 PM – 11 PM | Must be available for all shifts, including overnights (11 PM – 7 AM)

️ Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Front Desk Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for guests—and a key part of their stay experience. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Warmly greeting and welcoming guests upon arrival
  • Handling check-ins, check-outs, and reservations quickly and accurately
  • Upholding Hilton brand standards and delivering service that aligns with Hilton’s “Make It Right” commitment
  • Promoting and enrolling guests in the Hilton Honors loyalty program
  • Responding to guest inquiries, phone calls, and special requests with professionalism and care
  • Processing payments and balancing the cash drawer
  • Completing shift reports and audit procedures as required
  • Communicating with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth operations
  • Keeping the front desk and lobby areas clean, tidy, and inviting
  • Making fresh coffee for guests throughout the shift
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management to support the overall success of the hotel

We're looking for someone who brings a positive attitude and team spirit to every shift. Ideal candidates will have:

  • Previous front desk or hospitality experience ( preferred but not required )
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multi-task and handle pressure with professionalism
  • Basic computer and office software skills
  • Dependability and punctuality—you show up and follow through
  • Flexible availability , including weekends, holidays , and overnight shifts (11 PM – 7 AM)
