Dental Front Office and Insurance Coordinator

Modern Elevations is seeking an energetic and motivated patient coordinator to perform all facets of the front end dental office!

Key Tasks:

The requirements listed below are representative, but not all-inclusive, of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability we are seeking.

• Greeting patients, answering telephones, scheduling, and confirming appointments.
• Entering patient information into the office computer system (Dentrix).
• Insurance verification, Understanding PPO insurances.
• Assisting new patients to fill out the registration forms.
• Collect and post payments including credit card transactions.
• Tracking all outstanding treatment plans, payments, unscheduled appointments.

• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally in a courteous manner.
• Willing to effectively participate as a team member with office personnel.
• Committed to the protection of confidential information, records, and reports.
• Ability to maintain organization and handle multiple tasks at the same time with ease and efficiency

Requirements:

- Previous experience working in a dental office, medial office, or similar environment is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism - Maintain confidence with the patient regarding abilities of doctor(s) and staff.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
