Flat Creek Estate Winery and Vineyard is seeking an enthusiastic and energized Events & Marketing Coordinator to join our team! This position will play a key role in generating public-facing events, promoting Flat Creek’s wine, and assisting with private events. If you have a passion for event planning, marketing, and the wine industry, this is the perfect opportunity to contribute to a unique and vibrant winery experience.
Responsibilities:
Develop an On-site Event Program: Create engaging events centered around the seasons and process of winemaking, tailored for new and returning customers as well as wine club members, and featuring major holidays. Ensure a consistent lineup of offerings for guests throughout the year.
Support Wine Releases: Coordinate events with wine releases and promotions in a way that supports them. Vintages must be celebrated! Plan launch parties and celebrations for each vintage.
Marketing and Promotion: Work closely with Flat Creek management to provide event content to marketing. Collaborate on website updates, social media promotion, and email newsletters.
Coordinate Outside Events and Tours: Serve as a point of contact for outside events where Flat Creek is participating. Engage with local tour bus operators, develop partnerships, and communicate available tastings and experiences.
