We’re looking for a high-energy, enthusiastic Event Promotions Assistant to join our growing event marketing team. In this dynamic, customer-facing role, you’ll support and execute interactive, in-person marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement for leading national and local brands .

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the planning, setup, and execution of live marketing events and promotional campaigns

• Represent client brands at trade shows, community events, and pop-up activations

• Engage directly with event attendees, answer product or service questions, and share promotional offers

• Support event logistics such as product placement, inventory tracking, and booth organization

• Help monitor engagement and gather feedback to measure event success

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of event strategy and brand messaging

• Maintain a professional, enthusiastic, and customer-focused presence throughout all events
