We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ERP Consultant to join our dynamic team. As an ERP Consultant, you will play a key role in implementing, configuring, and customizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP software, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of clients' business processes and requirements to design and implement ERP solutions that meet their needs.
- Customize ERP systems to fit clients' unique business processes and workflows.
- Provide training and support to client end-users to ensure successful adoption of the ERP system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within clients' ERP systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience working with ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of ERP modules, including Finance, Human Resources, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
- Experience with ERP implementation methodologies, such as Waterfall or Agile.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ERP certifications, such as SAP Certified Application Associate or Oracle Certified Professional.
- Experience working with cloud-based ERP solutions, such as NetSuite or Workday.
- Previous experience in consulting or client-facing roles.
- Knowledge of industry-specific ERP solutions, such as Salesforce for CRM or Epicor for manufacturing.
