As an Event Assistant , you will play a key role in the end-to-end coordination of events, supporting everything from concept development to on-site logistics . Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning , coordination , and execution of both in-person and virtual events from start to finish.
• Communicate regularly with clients to understand their event goals, preferences, and vision to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Manage event logistics , including setup , breakdown , staffing, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide on-site support , handle guest registrations , and resolve real-time issues during events.
• Organize event materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure seamless operations.
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal teams (marketing, design, production) to deliver high-quality events that meet client expectations.
• Collect post-event feedback and compile reports to help improve future event strategies and performance.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus, but not required – we will provide training for the right candidate.
• Strong communication skills to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills , with the ability to multitask in a deadline-driven environment .
• Detail-oriented, with a commitment to delivering polished , client-aligned results.
