Estimator Qualifications: ️ 5 years of ground-up commercial construction estimating experience
️ Degree in Construction Management (preferred but not required)

️ Strong multitasking skills-handle multiple estimates simultaneously
️ Excellent communication and collaboration with clients, architects, and design teams
