Your Role as a Home Health CMA:

Provide compassionate, in-home care to patients with various health conditions
Assist with vital signs, medication reminders, and health monitoring
Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and mobility
Perform basic wound care, glucose monitoring, and other clinical tasks as directed
Communicate patient progress and concerns to the nursing team
Ensure a safe and comfortable home environment for patients

What We’re Looking For:

Active CMA Certification in Tennessee
Experience in home health, long-term care, or outpatient care preferred
Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills
Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
