Job Description

Catering Coordinator Location Oklahoma City, OK (I- Corridor area) :

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Ensure catering orders are produced per Johnny Carino's standards and are delivered on time
• Partner with Restaurant Management and Catering Call Center to ensure customers experience excellent service with their catering orders and inquiries
• Maintain all operational standards & execute orders
• Respond to catering inquiries
• Manage catering supply inventory
• Deliver catering orders

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
• Previous restaurant experience preferred
• English language and professional communications skills are required
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays

Physical Demands

• Mobility required during the entire shift
• Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours in length
