  Assistant Manager - Skin Spa New York.

Skin Spa New York ( is a specialty skincare and laser spa brand with multiple locations in NYC, Boston and Miami. Since 2005, Skin Spa has offered a full range of Skincare and Advanced Medical Spa Treatments including Injectables. We are an established lifestyle brand with opportunities for growth and searching for motivated and passionate individuals to grow with our team.

Requirements:

• Impeccable Customer Service and Communication Skills.
• Strong multi-tasking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience in medical spa setting with a passion and keen understanding of aesthetics services and products. 
• Experience with appointment booking software (Boulevard, Booker, MindBody, etc.).
• Retail, cashier, money handling experience.
• Clean and refined appearance.
• Punctual and Reliable.
• Team player with leadership capabilities.
• Available for a full-time schedule inclusive of a weekend day.

Responsibilities will include:

• Assist in managing and overseeing the daily operations of a location within the brand. 
• Driving sales and promotions to meet daily and monthly sales goals and expectations.
• Booking and confirming appointments; Monitoring and maximizing daily schedules and staffing.
• Assist in responding to all incoming client-related communications and follow-up calls. 
• Resolving client concerns in a professional manner with insight and poise.
• Directing clients during the check-in and check-out process.
• Inventory Management.
• Build, support, and maintain a strong positive workplace culture.
• Review Feedback, monitor and respond to surveys and reviews. 
• Assist in networking and clienteling.
• Ability to step in manager role if needed, as well as handling administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll and reporting.
• Enforce and maintain protocols and performance goals. 
• Maintain clean and safe spa environment.
• Handling multi-line phone system.
• Handle various assignments simultaneously.

Pay Description:

• Starting at $18/hour, commensurate with experience 
• PLUS Sales and Bonus Commissions.
