We are looking for an assistant property manager/office manager in the Grand Haven area who has LIHTC experience. Must be able to self-direct and stay on task to ensure the communities are a success. Rent collection, recertifications, attention to curb appeal are top priorities to ensure a positive relationship with our residents. Experience with Yardi Voyager and Right Source is a plus.
