Hello and welcome! At G-Energy, we are looking for friendly and motivated Appointment Setters to join our growing team! If you love talking to people and making connections, this role is perfect for you. Your main mission will be to reach out to potential customers and help them learn about our green energy solutions while scheduling appointments for our fantastic sales representatives.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Reaching out to potential clients in the field to discuss a variety of home improvement options.
• Explaining the benefits of our green energy solutions in a clear and engaging manner.
• Scheduling appointments that suit both the client and our sales team.
• Keeping track of customer interactions and maintaining accurate records in our system.
• Working collaboratively with the team to meet outreach goals and enhance customer experiences.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong customer service skills and a genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role is helpful but not required.
• A valid driver’s license is necessary for local outreach activities.
