Job Description

We are seeking an Appointment Scheduler to join a local HUD-Approved, non-profit housing counseling agency with a (17) year track record of excellence in compliance, standards, & customer service!

As an industry leader assisting thousands of clients nationwide with their housing needs, our client is expanding their office staff & needing a talented individual to join the team & grow with their agency. Successful individuals will be able to manage & thrive in a high incoming call environment, while accurately capturing information while on the phone.

Hours : 10:00a - 7:00p, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage high call volume from clients scheduling housing services.
• Simultaneously talk & type while actively engaging with callers.
• Answer phone calls & emails proficiently & professionally.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
• Maintain high organization & attention to detail.
• Accurately input & verify customer information while on the phone.

Requirements:

• Experience in a call center or other high volume environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, & basic computer tasks.
• Top-tier customer service skills & professional phone etiquette.
• Strong ability to multitask - handle conversations while updating records.
• No previous criminal history.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bilingual skills are a plus!
