Now Hiring: Apartment Maintenance Supervisor

Moraine, OH | $25–26/hr

Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM + On-Call

We’re currently seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead a property in Moraine, OH. This is a hands-on leadership role with additional responsibilities including vendor and contract oversight, inventory management, budget monitoring, and emergency response coordination (including being the primary point of contact for after-hours emergencies).

What You'll Be Doing

• Overseeing day-to-day maintenance operations and team leadership
• Coordinating vendors and managing service contracts
• Scheduling and executing apartment turns
• Managing inventory, costs, and budgets
• Handling service requests, including HVAC and appliance repair
• Leading emergency response efforts and coordinating after-hours coverage
• Performing general maintenance: electrical, plumbing, painting, caulking, groundskeeping, and more
• Ensuring timely completion of maintenance projects and reporting

What We’re Looking For

• HVAC/EPA Certification (Required)
• CPO License (Preferred)
• Proven leadership in property maintenance
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair
• Strong organizational skills for inventory, scheduling, and budget oversight
• Dependable transportation
• Basic hand tools (power tools a plus)
• Customer-focused mindset and a strong work ethic
