Connect Staffing is seeking dedicated Accounting Clerks to join a leading supplier company in Northwest Houston! 

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Accounts Receivable Clerk Requirements

• Must have at least one year of accounting experience
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Ability to multi-task while under pressure
• Maintain a high level of professionalism to all departments for accounting needs
• Attention to detail
• High School diploma or equivalent 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Prior experience in roles such as accounts receivable, billing and collections is a big plus!
• All candidates meeting the minimum requirements will receive an SMS invitation to participate in an AI Interview.

Accounts Receivable Clerk Responsibilities

• Assist with billing, credit card payment processing, gift card processing or providing copies or invoices & credit references when needed
• Review invoice rejections and resubmit as needed 
• Ensure invoices are revised when needed
• Maintain customer records in Microsoft Dynamics GP 
• Submit invoices through portals, mail and email.
• Provide receipts and email invoices when requested
