OptumRx is looking for a curious and self-motivated individual to identify and develop strategies that leverage the full breadth of Optum assets to solve healthcare's biggest challenges in the area of pharmacy services. This role will be responsible for understanding the needs of industry partners and developing business solutions using the data and capabilities of Optum. We are looking for people that can collaborate with business partners, anticipate future industry needs, and have strong financial acumen.
You will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Manages ongoing contract relationships and service delivery to clients for one or more accounts
+ Acts as outward-facing, dedicated resources for assigned accounts, typically with direct client contact (not call center) and large or complex accounts
+ Builds relationships with employer/group clients (not individual members) and serves as the primary point of contact for overall and day-today service delivery
+ Represents client internally and coordinates with other functions to implement client systems, complete projects, and address ongoing service needs
+ Work closely with sales on renewals and upselling, but incumbents do not have specific sales goal accountability or primary responsibility to close sales
+ Focused primarily on relationship and service management
+ Anticipates customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them
+ Serves as a key resource on complex and/or critical issues
+ Solves complex problems and develops innovative solutions
+ Performs complex conceptual analyses
+ Reviews work performed by others and provides recommendations for improvement
+ Forecasts and plans resource requirements
+ Authorizes deviations from standards
+ May lead functional or segment teams or projects
+ Provides explanations and information to others on the most complex issues
+ Motivates and inspires other team members

**Required Qualifications:**
+ 3+ years of experience working in a Client Management role or 3+ years of experience working in the pharmaceuticals industry or healthcare industry
+ 1+ years of RxClaim experience
+ 1+ years of Account Management experience
+ Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, etc.)
+ Must be 18 years of age or older
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Project management and/or process improvement experience
+ Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience with the ability to learn PBM tools to drive operational activities
+ ServiceNow experience
**Soft Skills:**
+ Excellent communication and influencing skills with internal and external stakeholders
+ Proven ability to work collaboratively and influence across a matrix environment to deliver financial goals

The salary range for this role is $71,600 to $140,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
